By submitting your registration for any program conducted by Careerstep, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Register:

Participants/students can book and attend any program or sessions immediately after full payment of all applicable fees. Registrations are not transferable. 

 

Refund policy: All sales are final and cannot be refunded including any sessions missed by a student/participant under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy: You can reschedule without any penalty up to 48 hours prior to booked session. If you are unable to attend, please reschedule 48 hours prior to the start of your booked class. Any cancellations less than 48 hours before your class will cost you that session.

No Show policy: If you have a medical certificate for no-show or late cancellation, please submit your waiver request by email hello@careerstep.info on the same day of your booked program. 

Careerstep reserves the right to accept or reject any request for refund after assessing the circumstances on a case-by-case basis and its decision will be final.

Programs: Careerstep reserves the right to change or cancel a scheduled class, or to change the instructor, when necessary. A canceled class will be rescheduled by Careerstep. This may be rescheduled to a different day and/or a different time from when the class was originally scheduled.

 

Indemnity: Careerstep shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, penalty, cost, expense, and/or any other consequences arising from and/or in connection with any of its classes or programs to the fullest extent as may be permitted under the applicable laws and regulations. 

You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless Careerstep, its management, members, and staff against all losses, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, orders, penalties, and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) howsoever arising in connection with these terms and conditions.

 

Intellectual Property: All programs, class sequences, and materials taught in class remain the property of Careerstep. They cannot be taught (or performed) outside the company without the prior written approval of Careerstep. 

 

Prior approval by Careerstep must be granted before any form of recording (photography or video recording) may be taken. All recordings (photographs and videos) shall be for personal use only and not for any commercial use.

 

Data Protection: You agree that you have read, understood, and consent to Careerstep collecting, using, disclosing, and processing your personal data in the manner set forth in our privacy policy. By attending our programs, classes and/or sessions you agree to our collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data to the extent necessary to process your requests and provide you with our services. 

 

Amendments: Careerstep reserves the right to review and/or amend any term in these terms and conditions as it deems fit.
